Missing people you still love, and not wanting to see them in pain and angry and humiliated. It's taken me a while to be able to look back on my past without feeling guilty or ashamed of what I did. But it's okay to be sad about the things you've done, but you shouldn't dwell on them.

They shouldn't define who you are today or how your life will be in the future. You should learn from your mistakes and use them as a lesson for others - but you shouldn't let them define you.
